Are there order minimums?
No! Toysmith has no order minimums and no credit card fees. Additionally, we offer FREE SHIPPING to all 50 states.
What are your order Terms & Conditions?
Toysmith offers 3 levels of order terms to keep the order process simple, efficient, joyful. All orders, no matter what size, receive free shipping. Orders $1000 - $2499 receive 2% off and 60-day payment terms*. Orders over $2500 receive 4% off and 90-day terms*. *terms based on approval and on time payment history.
I'm a Retailer, when will my order ship?

Yes! Toysmith generally ships in 2-4 business days. We have one of the fastest shipping rates in the industry. During peak seasons shipping times may be extended.

I am a Consumer, can I order online?

Toysmith is a wholesale supplier to retail stores and promotional markets, we do not sell direct to the public. Toysmith products can be found in retailers across North America and online. Please check your local toy or hobby store for Toysmith products. To find a retail store in your area, please use the Store Locator tool at the bottom of the page.

How can I find out the status of my order?

If you order from our online store at Toysmith.com you will receive email updates regarding your order. For additional questions, please reach out to us at: hello@toysmith.com.

What if the item I purchased doesn’t work properly or is missing parts?

Toysmith does not offer replacement parts. If you are a Retailer, please contact claims@toysmith.com with your order number and product issue. If you're a consumer, please return the item to the retailer where purchased for a refund or replacement. If the retailer is out of stock of the item, email us your address and product description to hello@toysmith.com. If you are unable to get in contact with the retailer, please send Toysmith a photo of the product along with packaging barcode or receipt as proof of purchase to hello@toysmith.com.

I have a product idea, can I submit it to Toysmith?
